As part of my Taking Control series I have interviewed the lovely and very knowledgable Sam Simister, who is the co-founder of Gen-M, a company who are doing amazing work to raise awareness of the struggle women go through during their menopause, and getting companies to take positive action that will make a real difference for women.

In this interview we talk about the findings of research conducted by Gen-M, and how we can take action so that all women feel supported through their menopause.

You can find Sam on Instagram and Facebook at Gen-MOfficial and you can find more information about Gen-M on their websitehttps://gen-m.com/

The taking control series has been developed to give you lots of ways you can start to feel more in control, whatever your menopause experience is like.

I've been recording interviews with some amazing people to get some insight and advice on how you can take back control of your life, whatever your situation, and I will be continuing to share them.
