As part of my Taking Control series I have interviewed the lovely Julie Dennis, who is a Menopause in the workplace specialist, offering training and support to organisations on supporting their employees.

In this interview she talks about ways you can cope with menopause symptoms at work, how you can approach your employer to get more support and how managers can support their employees through treatment.

The taking control series has been developed to give you lots of ways you can start to feel more in control, whatever your menopause experience is like.

I've been recording interviews with some amazing people to get some insight and advice on how you can take back control of your life, whatever your situation, and I will be continuing to share them.
